Princeton served as another vital stop in TRON’s mission to mentor the next generation of blockchain developers and leaders. During the event, Steven Bischoff, TRON’s Community Spokesperson, delivered an inspiring keynote address. 

He shared vital skills for thriving in the cryptocurrency industry. His insights on effective communication and building collaborations struck a chord with students eager to navigate this dynamic field. 

TRON DAO: A Leader in Blockchain Innovation

Founded in September 2017 by Justin Sun, TRON DAO has reached impressive milestones since launching MainNet in May 2018. Today, over 265 million user accounts exist on the TRON blockchain, with more than 8.7 billion transactions recorded.

In April 2021, TRON surpassed Ethereum by hosting the largest circulating supply of USD Tether (USDT). After achieving full decentralization in December 2021, TRON now operates as a community-governed DAO.
